UBMicro is enrolled as a Hewlett Packard Certified Repair Center and is permitted to offer repair services to faculty, staff, student, and department end-user customers who request that UBMicro service their product.
You can contact HP directly by calling (800) 474-6836 or (800) 652-6672 for their repair support line. You can go online for HP Repair Support or Compaq Repair Support.
If your system is under warranty for both parts and labor, UBMicro will perform necessary hardware repairs at no cost. UBMicro will order any necessary replacement parts, install and test replacement parts, and return defective parts to HP. HP Pavilion Consumer Line Notebooks may need to be shipped directly to HP depot for repair and UBMicro can help facilitate this.

Manufacturer warranties do not cover software. If your hard drive is replaced under warranty, the hard drive and installation of the new hard drive is covered, but the re-installation of your software is not covered.
