Preventative Services:

Let us tune up your computer. We will free up disk space, improve disk access speeds, diagnose potential disk problems, and install operating systems (Windows or Macintosh). Our technicians routinely re-seat modules and clear out dust that can cause your PC to overheat.
Let us upgrade your computer's operating system. Our technicians will ensure that your system's hardware is compatible with the latest Windows updates and identify any components or software that may not function properly should you upgrade your O/S. Windows upgrade software is available for UB customers.

Tips for Having Your Computer Repaired:

Ensure that you have backed up your files. If the problem is with your hard drive, ask the technician about data backup services.
Please bring your notebook power adapter.
For warranty repairs, bring a copy of your sales invoice or proof of warranty. If you purchased your computer at UBMicro, we may have this information in our files. Please be aware we migrated to a new computer system in June 2010 and may no longer have your proof of purchase on record.
